Hi folks--

I just found this site and am very happy to see a forum dedicated to the .50 GI-- and a pic of one of my custom pistols.

This one was for a very good customer of mine-- a guy who is deep into the 1911, he has several customs including five or so of mine. He has been around to all the "big name" trainers and shoots competition regularly, including the Single Stack Classic, which is now also the USPSA Nationals.

He carries this one sometimes and I'll ask next time we talk but I'm thinking he's had more than a couple -three thousand rounds through it.

Any info from your customer on their multi-thousand round use of the .50GI would be appreciated.

As far as I can tell, no one has published information on a shooting experience, with any .50GI pistol, that was more than just a couple of boxes worth.
