Kriss Mag Extensions for Glock 21

Hi Everyone.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these mag extensions made by Kriss..I was wondering if it could be attached to a standard 50gi mag so we can hold maybe roughly 26rounds or so:D...Check the link below

Ok just recieved an email from Alex at guncrafter...He said these extensions should more than likely work...Ive just ordered one ..i will give it a try and post a report on it..

I did convert one of my GI mags with the Kriss extension, the process was easy but I ended up using one of the older G21 followers and cutting the Kriss spring down and am "only" able to get 17 rounds in it; also with 1 in chamber it was harder to seat the mag but it runs 100%.

What yr glock 21l follower did you use? and how much did you have to cut the spring?Also the standard Gi mag follower wont work?

Not sure what year the follower is but it is from a couple years ago. I ended up cutting it until 2-3 coils stuck out the extension (un-sprung) I think the spring could be made to work with the GI follower but I did not try, the GI follower is attached to the spring with a small hook on the spring and the G21 follower has the spring snap into it.

Thanx for the reply..I have already detached the spring that came with the 50gi follower...Im gonna see if the Kriss spring will fit snug as the original..Also before you cut the spring..How many rounds did it hold?

I was only able to get 13-14 (if I remember correctly) in it as the spring that comes with the extension was very stiff to load by hand past that so I started taking off coils and was able to get a few more in.

Hi everyone

I recieved the Kriss Extrension a few days ago....My first hand experience with it.is that it is made of the same strong polymer material as the glock and is very easy to configure..The 50gi mags will fit very comfortably with the Kriss Mag Extension but you are limited to only 15+1 rounds ..I clipped 2 of the coils off to get a better fit...The existing Guncrafter 50Gi mag follower does not fit smoothly with the Kriss Extension..There is too much wiggle room with it and it will tend to stick when you pack about 10rounds inside..You will have to use the existing Glock 21 mag follower for it cycle smoothly...Yesterday was my first test and it ran 100% smooth with no jams or hang ups...If you decide to switch it over to a .45acp it will hold a full 30rounds... I wil be using this mag when i do long road trips cross country as a back up...Great quality Accessory made by a great company...Might buy a few more in the future.
