That's where you can really push those sturdy little cases to their max. What an awsome rifle, I can think of ton's of fun. I for sure will be purchasing one of those in the near furture!
Yes i think its very cool also..I was talking to Alex the other day and he said that the 50gi starline brass can hold up to heavy magnum pressures..but he does not recommend it due to the fact that the glock and the 1911 pistols will gain more wear and tear hence shorter lifespan of your gun from a magnum loaded 50gi cartridge....But it looks as though the Ar15 platform could be a good candidate to try out a magnum loaded 185gr SCHP.....I guess we will just have to wait and see

Same thing he told me. It was at that point I decided I wanted the AR. Can't wait to see how these cases respond to magnum pressure!
While the brass may hold up, I would suggest that you get a 50AE or 50Beo. The GI runs great @ 21,000 psi brass is not stressed @ all. when you say 50AR do you mean 50 Beowulf? Or a 50AE in an AR platform?
